Our Adult MMA program blends the key elements of modern mixed martial arts—striking, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—into a complete, practical skill set. Classes focus on stand-up to ground transitions, cage work, takedowns, grappling control, and live situational training. Whether you're training for fitness, self-defense, or competition, our MMA classes build real technique, conditioning, and fight IQ in a controlled environment.

While our full MMA classes are for adults only, youth learn the foundational elements—striking, grappling, movement, and discipline—through our youth programs.

If you're preparing for amateur or professional competition, committed to developing real self-defense ability, or ready to bring all your skills together into a complete MMA game, these classes are where it all comes together. Our Adult MMA program teaches you how to blend striking, wrestling, and Jiu-Jitsu—mastering transitions, cage work, takedowns, and ground control in a structured, technical environment.

These sessions are intentionally high-level and coach-approved, ensuring every student is prepared, safe, and progressing.

Participation requires enrollment in our Unlimited Program, giving you full access to the disciplines you’ll need for MMA success.
